We are now carrying out researches for Next-Generation Power Devices and Fabrication
using Wide Bandgap Semiconductors, such as SiC, GaN, Ga2O3 and Diamond.
Our research focuses on developing high-performance power devices
for electric vehicles, renewable energy systems, aerospace applications, and industrial power electronics.
